In this course you learn the basics of Reiki energy healing which includes the Power Symbol, and Reiki hand positions. A large portion of the day is assigned to hands-on practice on yourself and others. You will also receive the Reiki Level 1 Attunement (empowerment) which helps harmonize the Chakras and facilitates access to universal life force energy of Reiki.

Course fee includes Reiki level 1 Attunement, certificate of completion, and manual. Certificate is approved by the Canadian Reiki Association.

In this interactive course you learn how to work with the crystals to enhance your personal life and Reiki sessions.

Training includes Reiki Master Symbol, crystal therapy, crystals at home and Reiki sessions, Reiki Crystal Grid, Affirmations with Reiki, Aura Clearing, and practice sessions.

 

The course fee includes the Reiki Master Practitioner Attunement, certificate of completion, and manual. Certificate is approved by the Canadian Reiki Association.

Reiki practice sessions are open to all Reiki students and practitioners. They offer the opportunity to improve your Reiki knowledge and skills while practicing various Reiki techniques under the supervision of a Reiki teacher. Your attendance counts as one hour of CEU (Continuing Education Unit) which can be applied towards membership to the Canadian Reiki Association.

Reiki Second Degree training helps greatly enhance your Reiki knowledge and skills, reaching beyond the perceived limitations of time and space. This certificate course includes: Distance Reiki healing techniques and practice sessions, healing past events, different ways of cleansing a space from negative energies, two additional Reiki symbols (Distance healing & Harmony symbols), Habit Treatment for healing addictions and negative habits/patterns, Scanning, and Beaming.

Saturdays April 6th and 13th, 9:30am-4:30pm

Also known as Reiki Level 4, this two-day course is for Reiki practitioners who want to upgrade their knowledge and skills to the highest certifiable level, with or without the intention of teaching Reiki.

​​

The participants have already passed Reiki levels 1-3 (Reiki First Degree, Reiki Second Degree, and Reiki Third Degree) with at least 5 practice Reiki sessions for each level.

​

This training includes Reiki Master Attunement, review of Reiki levels 1-3, additional Reiki symbols, Reiki Attunements for various levels of Reiki training, Distant Attunement, Reiki Healing Attunement, Reiki Master meditation activating the Microcosmic Orbit, and tips on having a successful Reiki-related profession. Registration fee includes Reiki Master Manual, Attunement, and Certificate.

Participants will be eligible to join CRA as a Reiki Teacher and promote their Reiki services.

Wednesdays 6-7pm, May 1-29 (5 classes)

Each class includes yoga poses and exercises (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.

​

Gentle Yoga is beginner-friendly. It is suitable for people who are comfortable practicing yoga on the mat, and can transition from sitting to standing position. Please check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, or have limitations due to an injury or health condition.
