Reiki Training Courses
Reiki is an energy healing modality that promotes wellness on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki helps bring balance to our body, mind, and emotions. It utilizes life force energy, also known as divine healing light, Prana, Chi, or Ki. There are many techniques for activating and guiding life force energy, such as Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Everybody can learn Reiki. I teach all levels of Reiki training courses in group or private settings. Students receive a certification upon completion of each level, which can be applied towards membership to the Canadian Reiki Association.

I teach the Usui style of Reiki in four levels of training, Reiki Level 1(First Degree), Reiki Level 2 (Second Degree), Reiki Level 3 (Master Practitioner), and Reiki Level 4 (Master Teacher).

​My group training courses are with the City of Burnaby Continuing Education. They are all listed on the “Reiki Courses online booking” page. Reiki group training can be a profound, or even life-changing experience. Students learn more by sharing their experiences and practicing healing techniques together.

Reiki Treatment Sessions
Reiki is a system of vibration healing that has no medical contraindications. Reiki works very well with all other therapeutic techniques including the western medicine.

Stress and tension can weaken the immune system. Receiving Reiki helps nourish the immune system and remove energetic blockages. Reiki induces deep relaxation that allows for the activation of the body's natural self-healing abilities.

I offer a complimentary initial consultation to new clients. It takes 20-30 minutes, and can be done over the phone or in-person. Depending on the severity and length of an imbalance, one or more Reiki sessions may be required.

Yoga and Meditation
Yoga helps promote strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and peace of mind. All my yoga classes include Asanas (yoga poses and exercises), Pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and meditation. I teach various styles including Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, Chair yoga, Prenatal yoga, and Kids yoga.
My online group yoga sessions are offered with the City of Burnaby Continuing Education www.burnabycce.ca.
Private yoga and meditation sessions can take place at your convenient location, or at Green Room Studio, 2645 E Hastings Street, Vancouver. New clients receive a complimentary initial consultation (20-30 minutes) over the phone or in-person.

Tarot Card Reading
Tarot Card Reading is an ancient system of divination that taps into the universal wisdom and Akashic records. These cards correspond with the major human Archetypes and provide guidance on the path of self-discovery. They help us understand the patterns and synchronicities that we observe in our daily life. A Reading session helps shed light on our tendencies, and show the possible outcome of our efforts. Tarot cards communicate with us through the language of numbers, symbols, and archetypes.

Oracle cards are a more modern version of the divination cards that come in many different styles and patterns. They are a suitable complement to the Tarot cards to provide more clarity. My Reading sessions include Tarot cards, Oracle cards, and Numerology.
