Gentle Yoga, in-person or online (Zoom)

Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7:15pm, Sep13 - Nov22 /2021 (no class Oct11)

Gentle Yoga is beginner friendly, no previous experience is required. Each class includes yoga poses & exercises (Asana), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.

Gentle Yoga is perfect for students looking for a meaningful experience on the mat. We strengthen our body and mind, stretch and balance, strengthen, and relax together. 

Please check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, or feel limited by an injury/medical condition.

Prenatal Yoga, in-person

Tuesdays 5:45-7pm, Sep14-Oct26/2021

Prenatal mat yoga classes safely help address the wellness needs of pregnant women, and prepare them for their big day.

We focus on proper posture, strengthening, balancing, releasing tension, stretching, and relaxation. Practicing yoga during pregnancy has many benefits for the mothers and their babies.
