Yoga & Meditation Classes

Practicing and growing together

Here is the list of my group yoga classes that are open to the public. All yoga classes include breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga poses & exercises (Asana), relaxation, and meditation. Please check with your health care provider you are a complete beginner, pregnant, or feel limited by an injury or medical condition.

 

Prenatal Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays (Jan.7-Feb.13/2020), 5:45-7:15pm

These gentle yoga classes are designed to address the needs of pregnant women and to help them relax, stretch, and promote strength in their body and mind. You can choose to participate in Tuesday or Thursday classes, or both (20% discount if you register for both classes in person or over the phone) . Each class offers a combination of meditative breathing, strength training, stretching, and relaxation. No previous experience is required.

Yoga for Happy Hips and Healthy Spine

Thursdays January 9 - February 13/2020, 7:15-8:45pm

These beginner-friendly yoga classes are energizing and relaxing. They include: breathing exercises, body-brain coordination techniques, strength training, stretching, and meditation. Modifications are offered in case of physical limitations. Everybody is welcome.
