Yoga and Meditation Classes
Chair Yoga, in-person or Zoom
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm, March 29 - June 7/2021 (no class Apr5 & May24)
Chair yoga is suitable for someone who has an injury or medical condition that limits physical performance. These classes are suitable for elderly, complete beginners, pregnant women, and people who are not comfortable getting down on the mat. All the exercises are done on a chair or standing up. We stretch, balance, strengthen, and relax together. Everybody is welcome.

Gentle Yoga, in-person or Zoom
Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7:15pm, March 31 - June 7/2021
Gentle Yoga is beginner friendly, no previous experience is required. Each class includes yoga poses & exercises (Asana), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation. Gentle Yoga is perfect for students looking for a meaningful experience on the mat. We strengthen our body and mind, stretch and balance, release tension, and calm our mind-body.
Please check with your health care provider you are a complete beginner, pregnant, or feel limited by an injury or medical condition.

One on one instruction at your convenient time, designed for your wellness goals
If you are not feeling ready to attend a group yoga class, private yoga sessions may be the answer for you. They are each designed according to your personal needs and goals, progressing at a suitable pace. These classes are offered at a lovely yoga studio in Vancouver (around Hastings and Renfrew Street), at a time convenient for the students. We begin with a complementary initial consultation, over the phone or in-person.
