Gentle Yoga, in-person or online (Zoom)
Mondays 6-7:15pm, January 9 to March 6 (no class on February 20)
Practicing yoga offers many benefits including: flexibility, strength, balance, tension release, and peace of mind.
Gentle Yoga is beginner friendly.
Each class includes yoga poses and exercises (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
Gentle Yoga is suitable for students who are comfortable practicing yoga on the mat, and can easily transition from sitting to standing positions.
Please check with your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, or feeling limited by an injury or health condition.

Private yoga and meditation sessions offer personalized attention of the teacher and more flexibility of time and location. They are to meet your personal requirements and preferences.
Private sessions are usually offered at the Green Room Yoga Studio, 2645 E Hastings Street, Vancouver.
You can choose from different styles of yoga: Hatha, Flow, Kundalini, Restorative, or Chair yoga.
Free initial consultation is included.
