Gentle Yoga is beginner friendly, no previous experience is required. Each class includes yoga poses & exercises (Asana), breathing exercises (Pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
Gentle Yoga is perfect for students looking for a meaningful experience on the mat. We strengthen our body and mind, stretch and balance, strengthen, and relax together.

Chair Yoga online
Thursdays 2-3pm, ongoing
Join us from the comfort of your home! Chair yoga is suitable for people who are not comfortable practicing yoga on the floor. Everybody can attend, even people experiencing a physical limitation or recovering from injury. No previous yoga experience is required.
Each class includes breathing techniques, physical exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Exercises are done while sitting on a chair or standing up. A wall, table, or chair can be used for assistance during the standing and balancing poses.
