Here is the list of my group yoga classes that are open to the public. All yoga classes include breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga poses & exercises (Asana), relaxation, and meditation. Please check with your health care provider you are a complete beginner, pregnant, or feel limited by an injury or medical condition.

 

Prenatal Yoga

Thurdays (Feb.20-Mar.26/2020), 5:45-7:15pm

These gentle yoga classes are designed to address the needs of pregnant women and to help them relax, stretch, and promote strength in their body and mind. Each class offers a combination of meditative breathing, strength training, stretching, and relaxation. No previous experience is required.
